General Requirements: All applicants must meet income limits. Income is the total gross family income from all sources. Preference is given to local elderly. working famalies, and to victims of federally declared natural disasters. Applications can be picked up at the following Corbin locations: * Housing Authority Office, 1336 Madison Street * Corbin United Effort, Barbourville Street * Cabinent for Health and Family Services, Roy Kid Avenue Applications taken: In person between the hours of 8:30-5:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays only. All adult applicants must be present during the application process with the following documentation: * Social Security Cards * Proof of all Income * Custody Agreements * Local Criminal background check
